Marshmallow comforting,soothing,grounding.

Marshmallow
Is said to help keep us grounded, and gently soothes feelings of anger and resentment.

The Marshmallow in my garden grows in a semi shaded area. and grows tall and strong.
But, the flowers are so delicate.

Many years ago, when I was gathering some flowers and leaves for medicinal purposes, I began to feel a little strange, my energy and heart were fluttering.

This was my first interaction with a plant Spirit.

I will never forget that time as long as I live.
She showed me how to connect with my third eye and crown to aid communication with her.

She felt so gentle and asked why I was so hard on myself.
As i stroked her super soft leaves I began to feel calmer and comforted.

I work with this essence when I feel ungrounded and disconnected. Or when I require gentle soothing.

Please choose from the options whether you would like 10ml (£15) or 30ml (£30)
Also you medium either Alcohol, Glycerine or Apple Cider Vinegar.
Take 3-4 drops under the tongue or in water. 3-4 times a day or when needed.
