Marshmallow is said to help keep us grounded while gently soothing feelings of anger, resentment, or inner tension.

The Marshmallow in my garden grows tall and strong, rooted in the semi-shade, quietly watching.
Yet her flowers are so delicate, almost translucent — whispering softness into the space around her.

Many years ago, while gathering her leaves and petals for medicine, I began to feel a strange fluttering in my heart and energy field.
It was my first meeting with her Spirit — one I’ll never forget.

She opened my third eye and crown, inviting deeper communication.
Her message was gentle but powerful:
“Why are you so hard on yourself?”

As I stroked her velvet-soft leaves, a wave of calmness washed over me.
She brings comfort when I feel untethered… when I need to return to myself with kindness.

This is the essence I reach for when I’m feeling ungrounded, overwhelmed, or in need of nurturing reconnection.

Light a candle or sit under the open sky.
Hold the bottle gently to your heart.
