Plant Spirit Essences

Each of my flower essences are lovingly handcrafted in my garden in the stunning Peak District. I take the time to deeply connect with and merge with each plant, a process that may take moments, days, weeks, or even months. Ultimately, the plants guide this journey. I am dedicated to being in constant service to their wisdom and healing properties.

Flower essences are vibrational remedies made from the infusions of flowers and plants, capturing their healing energy. They are used to promote emotional balance and well-being, helping to address feelings and mental states.
