    The fruits of the Wild Alpine Strawberry are so sweet and delicious.  That’s if I get any as they are an absolute favourite of our garden birds.

    It is said this Essence can help us to separate our thoughts from our feelings.

    Assists with over worrying and anxious thoughts and encourages us to see our self worth. When we know our self-worth we have opportunity to grow and understand the possibilities are endless.

    I have done some Inner child work with this Essence and I believe it helped me become more cheerful

    Please choose from the options whether you would like 10ml (£15) or 30ml (£30)

    Also you medium either Alcohol, Glycerine or Apple Cider Vinegar.

    Take 3-4 drops under the tongue or in water. 3-4 times a day or when needed.

    These essences can also be used in Ritual and Dieta. Or used as Spirit offerings.

    Each essence comes in a Muslin or Organza bag with complete instructions for use.
