Hazel is one of my favourite essences.
The beautiful Hazel in my garden has been with me since it was a small sapling and stands tall and wide at the bottom of my herb garden.
I have my hammock in this tree and have spent many a happy time lying and relaxing, listening to and watching the birds.
The main message from Hazel is to help us move forward and gets us out of stuck states of mind.
