Lilac For letting go and adjusting boundaries

Is believed to help with anxiety, calms the heart, and eases our spirit.

I first made this essence when I was struggling with bereavement and grief.
I sat with her and felt such a gentle, supportive energy. She held me and gave me space to cry, to really cry. She gave me the safety too let go.

She asists with self love and care.

Another one of my favourites, this lovely little tree lives not far from my kitchen window and I have spent many hours watching her.

Her tiny flowers sadly do not last for long and she shows us the importance of not holding onto things that would be better to let go of.

Maybe you become stuck and rigid in your thoughts around a particular thing.

Or maybe built boundaries that now need to be readjusted?

It is believed that Lilac can help you adjust quickly to new situations and ways of thinking.

Please choose from the options whether you would like 10ml (£15) or 30ml (£30)

Also your medium either Alcohol, Glycerine or Apple Cider Vinegar.
Take 3-4 drops under the tongue or in water. 3-4 times a day or when needed.

These essences can also be used in Ritual and Dieta. Or used as Spirit offerings.
