This Essence is made from one of the magnificent trees rooted deeply beneath my healing hut — the mighty Fir.
He is a towering presence, and many of my beautiful clients say they can feel his strong roots beneath them and his boughs above, creating a powerful sense of safety, support, and belonging.

I often watch him sway in the wind, shedding his cones gently to the earth — and sometimes onto the roof! He offers sanctuary to the birds that visit the garden, and he feels like a guardian of the space.

Fir teaches us the medicine of holding on — but not so tightly that we can’t let go. He helps us release, surrender, and soften.
A wise ally during times of change, Fir supports us to readjust our beliefs, adapt, and weather life’s storms with grace and resilience.

This Essence is made from one of the deeply cherished plants in my garden. The beautiful Hazel tree has grown with me — from a small sapling to a wide, graceful guardian at the bottom of my herb garden.

My hammock is nestled in her branches, and many peaceful afternoons have been spent swaying gently, listening to birdsong and the whispers of the leaves. A small altar rests nearby, and everyone who visits says it’s the most magical part of the garden — a place of calm, clarity, and enchantment.

Hazel offers a message of liberation and movement. She gently supports us in shifting out of stuck mental states and releasing limiting beliefs. If you’re feeling blocked or unsure of your path, Hazel helps restore confidence and opens the way forward — offering the space, breath, and freedom to grow.
