Now, in about its 23rd year and the medicine stays the same.
But my knowledge has expanded, and plants have self seeded. gifted from Mamma Earth.

Here in the stunning Peak district.

In this whole day workshop ,here in my garden in the stunning Peak District, we will identify and forage/gather herbs and flowers for use in the afternoon.
Learn what, how, when to gather, dry, and prepare herbs to make your own creams, syrups, ointments, massage oils, bath bombs, teas, and more.

This workshop is a mix of practical and theory.
It comes with an extremely informative manual, including recipes.
You will also make at least 3 items to take home with you.
All materials included.
